According to an article in the Chicago Tribune not too terribly long ago, but
BD (Before Disaster) it was reported that the theft of formula was up because
it made a great "cutter" for heroin and cocaine.
Jan -- who can't imagine drinking formula, let alone putting it up her nose
or in her veins.
