Monique posted an article about cartels and measures to control the
theft of formula:

One woman interviewed in the article talked about the inconvenience of
having to go to the service desk and wait to have the formula brought
out to her grocery cart. She mentioned the fact that there wasn't always
someone available when you arrived at the desk.
Hadn't her baby told her about that when she didn't let him self-serve?
