At our local hospital, all of the maternity floor staff have nametags with a
picture of a bottle next to their name. I told the head OB (in a social
setting) that I thought that was an inappropriate message and the wearing of
bottles does lead the patient to believe there is an endorsement or belief in
using bottles. I compared it to how one would perceive someone to be a
Christian if they are wearing a cross. I haven't heard back from him, so I
don't know what, if anything, he did. Since you reminded me of it, perhaps I
will write a letter to the hospital.
