I think that with regard to breast is best, etc, It is our responsibility
to present information accurately. I'd refer people to the article "Watch
your Language," by Diane Weissinger, where this issue is discussed. There
is a difference between saying that breast is best, rather than formula use
carries risks.
This issue has been discussed before. I suggest that people use the search
word GUILT and do a search in the archives for recent discussions, as this
has been thoroughly discussed. Of particular interest are notes by Jack
Newman and Marsha Walker and Katherine Dettwyler.
