Hi Bonnie. I looked in Hale, and although they are not crazy about long
term exposure, Prednisone is approved for use in BF mothers by the AAP...so
this seems fairly hopeful.
The other thing I ask is that if you are using Lactnet to get information,
which you are most welcome to do (with the reminder that information gotten
here is not monitored, or pre-approved by anyone, and therefore not
verified to be scientifically accurate), I ask that you and anyone else who
has a question to ask that the responders respond to the list as well as to
you privately. This helps our discussions stay focused and complete, and
gets you what you need also.
