Barbara, that is a great point about the photos. I believe that using the
photographs not only require the consent of the photographer but of the moms
being photographed.
I have always made a point of getting written permission from the moms to
use the photos as I see fit. I make sure they know they will be used in a
professional manner.

and intellectual property of the person who took them, it is important to
realize that appropriating them without consent and, in some cases, fair
payment for use, represents a copyright infringement. Unless you have ever
worked with
photography, it's hard to appreciate the expense and time that goes into
getting one good usable photo.
