Hi Becky!

I went to the website to find out what the snuggle nest was made of.
What I was 'afraid' of happened, it's made of PLASTIC! "Sturdy plastic base
and
walls ". Next to it it says that it reduces suffocation from adult pillows
but if it was my child I wouldn't dare to put it on/in something made of
plastic because plastic hold a suffocation risk as well if you ask me.
That's one of the reasons why a baby in The Netherlands isn't allowed to
sleep with its parents when they sleep in a waterbed ( the plastic bag the
waterfilled mattress actually is). I would like to know whether or not
other Lactnetters agree with me and, if not, why. Hope this is not off
topic. It seems interesting to know.

Regards,

Renate.
