To be absolutely honest, I have no direct references. Having trained at
the Lactation Institute, this is one of those "things" that I picked up
there. They don't routinely recommend herbs for all their clients, but to
those who are already doing homeopathy or are open to it, they will give
suggestions. Chele Marmet once used sage tea with a mother to control a
terrible oversupply problem; drinking 3-4 cups a day was the balancing
amount for this mother. Every woman and situation is different, and
requires some experimentation as the proper amount. Not very scientific,
but experientially useful-- sorry!
