During my years few helping moms with their babies, I have come to know a bit about the differences pooping. When instructing the moms I tell them that is usually not "how often" but "how much". I usually say that if baby has not pooped for a couple days that is okay, just make sure that baby is dressed in a way that will be easy to remove, for when he/she does poop it should be a biggie!
