Hi! I have a client who is beginning to wean her baby, the baby is 7 months
old and has had severe eczema patches on face and legs practically since
birth, she´s tried elimination diets, specifically dairy and other
allergenic foods as well (strawberries, chocolate, pineapple, cinnamon,
guabas, pork meat, etc.) but baby didn´t get better. The doctor put the
baby on soy formula and the patches on the face have cleared up, the one´s
on the legs haven´t but they are drier. She´s sad, but at the same time
relieved that the baby seems to be better. Any ideas on the type of diet
that would help her baby, she contacted me because she´s confused, would
like to continue breastfeeding but doesn´t know what to eat that would not
affect her baby, and thinks maybe it´s her milk!!!! Thank you very much for
your help! Sincerely, Cathy Urroz, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México
