Hi Andrea!
The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding states:
The basic technique for Induced Lactation is to .....
Use a pump or hand express for three to five minutes on each breast several
times a day, gradually increasing the number of times per day. If this is
kept up faithfully, the breast will begin to produce milk - usually within
two to six weeks.
So, I gues the real question would begin with this idividual.
Is this person Male or Female?
Is there any "breast" to stimulate?
There is rumor that Leon Trotsky lactated and breastfed (or breastmilk fed)
his children..... Even speculation that this was the reason for his break
with Stalin.

a scientific perspective that attempts to explain what's "normal," what's not
and why.
