Dear Kelly,

Please let me clarify my comment.  I was simply surprised that as a person
with a degree in nutrition, this rep could not elucidate what you did so
simply and correctly --- that cow's milk casein is harder for humans to
digest than human milk casein.  She appeared so wrapped up in promoting her
artificial milk product (in our hospital OB setting, which as I understand
it, is dangerously close to violation of the WHO Code) that she did not see
that I was looking at it from a different, valid perspective.

And I promise not to assume the reason for her blank expression if you will
do the same.
