A little blood goes a long way.  We tend to over estimate the amount of
blood in any instance :-(   I've found that blood doesn't seem to sit well
it a baby's stomach.  You'd think it would be digested, but it usually comes
up :-(  Is the tongue tied?  Is that causing the bunching?  Sorry don't have
any other good ideas, never heard of using laser to heal nipple fissures.
Hers don't even sound like fissures, but abrasions ????   Sincerely, Pat in
