You mentioned using sage tea and pasrsley to help a mom reduce her
supply. Have you also tried peppermint? I have not only heard that it
helps (I remember the 3 by thinking of PMS-Parsley, pepperMint and
Sage), but I have had moms with reduced supply that are eating Altoids
almost like popcorn (for non-US LNers, that's a popular peppermint
candy). As soon as I suggest stopping the mint, the supply rises! In
fact, I now routinely include a question about peppermint when assessing
a mom/baby with low supply.
