I know it is sort of schizo, but I'd use the appropriate initials at the
appropriate place. When I was hospital LC I wrote RN, IBCLC. When I was
being a staff nurse I wrote RN. If I were doing something with ed or CB
classes I'd write RN, ICCE.
In other words I personally wouldn't use all initials at all times. I don't
know about the legality of all that, but no one objected to the way I did it
at that time (about 10 years ago). Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
PS when I feel inclined to use ALL of my initials I write my name and stick
the initials on the next line down, because the string of "magic" initials
is longer than my name and I think it looks ridiculous. Yes, Jean, I did
work hard for all of them, but it looks silly.
