I've been following this thread for a few days and it is very
interesting, to say the least.
My thought here, was that the levels of PCB's and dioxins were highest
in the body fat, not the blood, *but* that if we burn fat they go back
out into the blood. So, following this question by Judy, would it not
be better to ask if menstruation *after* fat-burning exercise would
release more chemicals? Or a blood donation after fat-burning
exercise! One could do lots of exercise during the days of menstruation
to secrete the most toxins perhaps. ;-)
Just a thought...
