Oh Debbie, I'm with you!  And why is this?  Because we have NOT gotten that
professionalism as quickly as needs be....so we've lost one of our premier
IBCLCs.....because the hospitals cannot yet meet the needs of our
breastfeeding moms....and because private practice doesn't pay the rent.

hospital I'm intimately acquainted with....) and an inability to follow up as
