This subject I thought foolishly long gone.

Why have cot cards at all? Are they really necessary? A baby should be with its mother at all times and the baby should be labled not the cot.

If you do REALLY need cot cards then does your unit have a health promotion department?  HP are very good at producing anything you might need. Sponsor ship in another form with the units own logo on the card.
