I believe this is the one that has two flanges connected by a bar
(the flanges can be rotated to "fit" each breast).  The mom then
squeezes a single "trigger"-(like household cleanser bottles) to
pump both sides simultaneously.  While it may sound like a good idea
on paper, the very appearance looked awkward to me when I first saw
it.  I had a couple moms who had gotten them as gifts and I asked
them to let me know what they thought of them.  Both only used it
brieflt.  They found it just too clumsy and awkward.  One went to a
single manual pump and the other went for a rental pump.  My feeling
is that the $150 would be better spent on either buying 2 one-hand
manual pumps or toward rental.
