I strongly belief that we are on ethically shaking ground if we diminish the
hazards of unhealthy choices in order to not disturb people.
Ofcourse counselors (including LCs and doctors) don't threaten mothers that
there child will be no doubt very ill if fed AIM. But it does not scre
mothers to be if they are explained that if one looks at a 100 person group
breastfed children and a 100 person group of AF children, in both groups
children will become ill, but many deseases will occur more often and more
serious in the latter group. That is not scaring parents, that is informing
them.
