BR CA / Br Ca / br ca is breast cancer. ABX/Abx is antibiotic and Rx is
prescription, TX/tx/Tx is treatment and SX/sx/Sx is symptom(s). Many
abbreviations we use are from nursing. The Lactation Institute has a great
list of abbreviations in their Lactation Forms book. It helps to remind us
once in a while to not shorthand everything. But please don't be afraid to
write author directly and ask what is "XYZ" instead of wondering.

Sincerely, Pat in SNJ (southern New Jersey :-) down near Philadelphia, as
opposed to northern NJ, up by New York City.
