I'm a writer and journalist.

It was commissioned by NCT's publishing wing.  I expect you can get
it anywhere - it was certainly on Amazon last time I looked.

Unfortunately, *all* the references were omitted at the very last
stage of publishing, unknown to me, so anyone wanting to know who
published which study where would have to contact me or the
publishers....: (

Any other writers on this list won't need me to tell them what sort
of conversation I had with my editor when *that* little 'slip up' was
discovered...
