There IS a relationship between cow's milk and the incidence of diabetes.  It
is a hotly debated, disputed, controversial relationship, but it exists
nonetheless.  An expert in diabetes will be familiar with ALL the medical
literature relating to this topic, not just the articles which support one
POV or the other.
