In what way would infant ingestion of a teething gel
applied to the nipple be different than ingesting it
after applying it to the gums?

While I don't suggest the use of any numbing gel for
babies, I don't think that the way it gets in the baby
is the real issue, it is the product itself. Seems to
me that the product should not be used with infants.
