A 6 month old will have immunity against chicken pox from antibodies mom gave transplacentally.
Being breastfeed is also protective from the sIgA protecting the baby's mucosa and what ever it is in milk that boost the immune system. So this babies chance of getting a decent case if any of chicken pox is low.
If this exposure will give the baby immunity I dont know. Interesting question, I'll check on it.
