Ah, another case in which going to the source -- first the package, and
then (after all the last-minute emergencies for this year have been
taken of) to the office -- will certainly take care of it. I agree, the
ibcle people are tremendous, and obviously in the right business. D'une
patience incroyable. The package explains that if you document more
hours they will be counted. BC hours are quite clearly defined, and
their estimate of 500 hours per year is based on long, careful years of
experience.
