Does something she wear (bra) constrict the area, especially when the
breast is full?  Does she wear bra to  bed?  Does she nurse lying down at
night?  Is there some repetitive motion that she makes that constricts that
area? (raking did it for me).  Has she had an ultra sound of that area?
