I would suggest a 5 Fr tube, or even a 3.5. 5 owrks for any liquid,
while 3.5 may ba a little too small for "thick" colostrum. I like
the smallest size possible to reduce the chances that baby may get
used to the feel of the tube. The smaller ones interfere less with
the normal feel of the breast. Just MHO
