I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on something that was reported to
me from a NICU nurse. When human milk fortifier powder(M--d-J------) was
added to what appeared to be normal mature milk, the milk turned pink. The
nurses didn't want to feed this to the baby so they tossed it. Has anyone
else had this happen and should it have been a concern?

Thanks

Tess Parriott RN, IBCLC
