For cases of diagnosed ductal thrush, is my understanding that Diflucan has
to be used until the mother is pain free for one week. This can take up to
4 weeks or so. This is what Jack Newman MD has told me. If one does not use
it until the mother is pain free for a week, you stand a good chance of
redeveloping symptoms.
