I have always been a lurker and reader of Lactnet, but find myself with a
question I could use help on. A patient called and asked me about the use of
Splenda while breastfeeding. Suppose to be a sugar substitute made from
sugar?? Has anyone any knowledge of product and safety for use while
breastfeeding?
