California passed breastfeeding in public legislation 3 years ago.  She
should write a nice letter to the store manager, informing them of the law,
her rights, and requesting some compensation (eg. gift certificate) and an
apology.  This approach worked with Seaworld and IKEA here in San Diego.  The
