I have searched the archives and found nothing on file that addressed this
particular situation.
Now that I have proven the demand, my hospital is finally approving the
startup of a lactation clinic. OK, I can see moms in my office after d/c.
However, before I can start, I have to figure what to do for the working
poor. I will charge less for moms who qualify, that part isn't the issue.
It's "who qualifies"? I have criteria for WIC/Medicaid so I know where the
start point is. However, I can't figure out how to decide if a mom makes too
much money to qualify for a price break.
Any suggestions? I have to have established criteria since I work for an
organization. I can't just go "on my gut".
