And, anecdotally, yes. Our youngest was exposed at 3wks and never had a
spot. I did have a rip-roaring case myself when I was about 4yo.
There's lots about this in the archives, the general consensus was, I
believe, that chicken pox protection in breastmilk was highly variable
and not to be assumed.
