You can adjust the height of the SNS in order to make the flow easier or
harder, At first I pin it to moms collar to make it easier and then as baby
gets better with it we move it down and pin it on her sleeve at the level of
the babies mouth so that he has to sick harder to get the milk out.... then
he sucks harder.
