Yup. St. Lukes Roosevelt Hosp in Manhattan. They read it, too. I know
because we wrote that we loved almost everything about our birth experience
(birth center, midwives, early discharge, nice folks, nice bathtub, etc) but
hated one thing (the handling of the newborn screening testing) and in fact I
was contacted several weeks later by their Patient Services dept to explain
more about my complaint, and eventually again to tell me how they had
responded to it.
That is one hospital that knows where its bread is buttered, for real.
