Aloha,

I know a mom who had a mammogram and biopsy without weaning.  Going into the
biopsy, the doctors were sure it was cancer.  Thankfully it wasn't.  She was
tandem nursing at the time too.  The doctors never said she had to wean for
either procedure---I know she wouldn't have anyway.  I imagine she didn't
nurse after the biopsy on the affected side until she healed.
