Dear Friends:
I have heard from people that were there, that there was a large and
expensive Playtex display and that Playtex was thanked for its participation.
Playtex claimed that its nurser bottles keep mothers breastfeeding longer,
and that its non-spill cups are fine for cup feeding. These claims were not
supported by any evidence.
How can this be? I resigned from ICEA over this very thing (with ICEA, it
was the final straw after a series of poor decisions.)
Looks like there needs to be a bunch of letter writing. And some powerful
replies!
Warmly,
