Hi everyone,
I agree with Ellie Lentner about the difference between the synthetic form
of progesterone. Sadly, many physicians don't even realize there is a
difference. Thousands of women of all ages have been helped tremendously
from using a transdermal USP. grade (that's United States Pharmacopoeia)
progesterone cream for fibrocystic breasts, endometriosis, hot flashes,
vaginal dryness, osteoporosis and so forth. It has virtually no side effects
and will bring the body back into a natural balance. I have been giving
seminars all over the U.S. on the benefits of this amazing hormone and feel
very passionate about it. So how does it relate to breastfeeding? Several
women have been using 20mg./day applied to their skin (face, neck, chest,
doesn't' matter) and have found it to help with post-partum depression. It
has not negatively affected their milk supply and Dr. John Lee, MD, author
of "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You about Premenopause" has said it is
safe for breastfeeding mothers. I encourage anyone to learn more about this
natural alternative to HRT and all of the other ways the pharmaceutical
companies are finding to make women think that menopause or PMS is a
disease.
