This is my personal opinion.  I consider a baby exclusively breastfed when
they are fed exclusively at the breast.  I consider a baby fed EBM
exclusively fed breastmilk.  I like the differentiation, because it's always
important to me for moms to understand that there are advantages (ie.
Montgomery glands, etc) beyond solely using breastmilk to having the baby AT
the breast only.
