Hello to everyone out there!

I have an interesting question to ask all of you.  Is anyone using or in the process of using an online Lactation Assessment Form?  We are presently putting one together and are curious to see if anyone has any feedback for us that would be helpful.  We are not online yet but the institution is working toward an electronic documentation.  We are the "PILOT" for this program here on Birthing Services.  It helps with Patient Education documentation.....something that JCAHO loves to look at!!!
