Years ago had a co-leader with similar situation. 1st baby switched to
formula, no change, eventually grew more normally; 2nd baby, BF with lots
of tinkering, no change, eventually grew more normally. With 3rd baby she
simply didn't take him to dr! He grew in the same pattern as first baby.
My kids called him the mini baby. This was the 1st of her 3 that I got to
observe first hand. Around 7 mo he began to grow at a more acceptable (to
medicine) rate. Never very big, probably on 3 % level of growth chart.
Growth was always steadily up, just VERY slow. Very appropriate
behavior and milestones, very smart. All 3 kids and mom were petite.
We've lost track of each other, she moved to MD when youngest was about 2.
Kids would be in their late 20's, 30 something now. Would love to know
how things eventually turned out! Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
