Not knowing all the particulars but assuming that weight gain is not at issue, etc. I might suggest a weekend in bed with the baby and offer the breast at every opportunity. No bottles within easy reach. Maybe, mom, dad (if he is a support person) and baby should either go to a hotel or unplug the phone, draws the shades and pretend not to be home for that time!
