I would say it's what you see when a healthy baby feeds to his satisfaction
as often as he chooses. Feeding a predetermined amount, whether your
intention is to fill the baby or to deliberately limit his feed, messes with
that. A friend of mine asks, "Do you know that there's the right amount of
water in your bathtub when you've added 12.3 gallons? Or when there's...
enough water?"
