Yes,  this drug will most definitely interfere w/ breastfeeding (not the 6
month old, btw)!  When you're dead, it's hard to learn to breastfeed.
Secondly, don't underestimate the emotional  toll that such an act can make
on an established milk supply.  Although this mom may feel immediate relief,
she may not be prepared for what lies in store when she looks down at the
face of her 6 month old nursing at her breast...
