This whole discussion seem to be highly politicized. I do not want to step in this
discussion, and surely do not want to step in the (typical american?) positions
by saying things about the fundamental right of parents versus state, yada yada.
But it seems to me that, whatever position you take in these, another set up of
the CPS, with more formal decisions, and more control of the decisions made, would
make the actions less arbitrary and less dependent of the particular values of one
CPS worker.
