I recommend Rescue Remedy to my clients who have such problems with
let-down. It can be found at any health food store. She could try the small
bottle to see if it will work for her.
She puts 4 drops under her tongue when she wants to facilitate an MER. The
bottle is made so that one squeeze of the dropper is 4 drops so she doesn't
have to count drops.
She can use it a couple of times in a pumping session.
I suggest that she take off the flanges, massage the breast, stroke up and
down on the nipples with open hands, then take the Rescue Remedy and return
to pumping.
I have had very good reports from these measures.
