I'd like to know more about this study, too, but I don't think that week one
was from birth. I was trying to be concise so didn't type in the whole
abstract. The stated objective was "To assess the effect of fenugreek on
breast milk production in exclusively breast-pumping women," so I'm guessing
these were women who'd been pumping for a while. Anyway, we recommend
fenugreek frequently and I sure haven't ever seen milk production more than
double with its use, so I'd like to read the whole study.
