There were three comfortable ways that one obese mom worked out. 1)
Some version of lying down. 2) Holding baby's head and bottom in her
hands to keep baby from bending sideways around mom's stomach when
attempting the cradle hold. 3) What she did most: Sitting down on the
floor, tailor style, ankles crossed, with baby lying on her back on
mom's leg, head up on mom's knee. Mom could assist the latch with her
hands. For mom's own comfort, she leaned back against the front of her
sofa.
