I thought that I had saved it, but cannot find the recent post regarding
the way to substitute pitocin for syntocinon for use with breastfeeding
mothers. I have a mother who I had just recommended this for, and of
course she and the doctor were unable to locate it. Could someone please
reissue this post, or forward it to me directly in email? I would be most
appreciative! Thanks--

Also- RE: compliance-- I am guilty of using that word, and definitely
don't use it with mothers, but find it a quick way to communicate online.
Sorry if it offensive, I do agree with the sentiments expressed. I
*always* explain everything that I recommend, and also ask the mother if
she is comfortable with the plan that I am outlining BEFORE I officially
write it out. It is important to me that we are devising a plan that fits
her goals and feels livable as well as addresses the problems that I see.
Perhaps I should call it "lack of follow-through" or something else when
explaining that the mother decided to discontinue our original agreed
upon plan?
